A mix-use project, 300 transforms the interior of the Aenaes Cannery with 8 residential units, retail, and coastal commercial space dedicated to preserving the cannery’s history and community. Offsite parking will be constructed across the way on Foam Street, adding crucial parking. We welcome visitors to 300 with a historical promenade, atrium, and Monterey Bay observation deck, enhancing opportunity for coastal recreation.
